The Lennar prospect must accompany the current homeowner on his or her first visit and the prospective homebuyer must list the current homeowner as the referring party upon completing the information card. This certificate must be submitted at the time of contract with the signature of the New Home Consultant. The reward will be distributed after the referred homebuyer has closed on their new Lennar home. The reward will consist of a $2,500 prepaid credit card. Offer is only available when buyer is not using a Realtor®. This offer is valid through November 30, 2009.
