Residents of Colonial Heritage enjoy peace of mind knowing that a special team of respondents is always on call to provide emergency care should the need arise.

 

A team of Community Ambassadors, working closely with fire, police and paramedic services, is licensed and specifically trained to quickly respond to medical and other emergencies within the Community.

 

Community Concert Series

Lennar has always been committed to improving quality of life, not only in the home, but also within the community. For many, that means enjoying a wider variety of activities and special events.

 

With that in mind, we have scheduled local choral, orchestral and other musical art forms to appear at a number of Lennar Communities, many with state-of-the-art stage facilities, throughout the year.

Golf Tournaments

Colonial Heritage and Heritage Hunt residents enjoy all that comes with living amidst the rolling
fairways of championship Arthur Hills golf courses. Special annual events include:

 

• The Colonial Heritage Daily Press Invitational held at the Arthur Hills Championship Golf Course at Colonial Heritage
• Heritage Hunt Classic held annually at Heritage Hunt Championship Golf Course for the enjoyment of all residents and non-residents
