Please reach out to your Loan Officer to inquire about your loan status. Once your loan has gone to an underwriter, the Loan Officer will notify you of this action and give you the name of the Loan Processor who will handle your file after the underwriter. The Loan Processor will contact you via a phone call to discuss your credit approval and next steps for closing on your new home. You should have received three loan coupons for the first three payments when you signed your closing documents. Your mortgage payment is due on the 1st of the month, and after the 15th there is a late charge. If you fail to make your mortgage payment within 30 days, a late payment will be reported to the credit agencies. You should have received payment coupons at your closing, but you will also receive a payment notification in the mail shortly before payment is due. The fastest, easiest way to send your documentation to Lennar Mortgage is through their Digital Mortgage app. The app is free and keeps private information secure with bank-level encryption. You also have the option to mail, fax, or use our secure web portal to send in your documents, but the app will provide you ease and flexibility to close your loan faster.

Lennar does not offer build-to-contract homes on personal property. An agent or broker is required to accompany and register with you on your first visit to the Welcome Home Center at your community of interest in order to qualify for a broker co-op commission. Select communities and areas may not offer a broker co-op commission, regardless of timing and registration, but you are always welcome to be accompanied by a broker or agent of your choice.

No, you do not need a broker or agent to purchase a new home from Lennar or one of our subsidiaries. While consultants represent Lennar and not customers, they are knowledgeable experts who are with you every step of your new home journey, answering questions and ensuring your smooth transition into homeownership. Of course, you are welcome to work with an independent broker or agent if you choose. Not all communities offer a broker co-op commission.

Lennar offers three ways to tour, a Virtual tour, a Self-Guided tour, and a Lennar Guided tour. The virtual tour is a combination of high-quality, 3D rendering, or a panoramic view of a model home. The self-guided tour is an onsite tour of a model home at your own pace. The Lennar Guided tour is an in-person one-on-one tour of a model home with a Consultant.
